Our products are carefully packaged and
delivered by courier directly to your home or function venue door!
All you need is a few helpful hands to assist you in setting up.

NOT INSTALLATION - our service is a DIY service only. If
you require installation of your hire products, please Contact Us
for a separate quotation.
We deliver all hire products using TNT Couriers. Prices for delivery indicated below assume a
minimum order quantity of 50 chair covers is met. Delivery charges may increase if at least 50 chair covers are not in included within your booking – Please Contact Us with any questions.
Deliveries to all of NSW are completely FREE!
Deliveries to Victoria and ACT are are a total of $25 including return!
Deliveries to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide are a total of
$30 including return!

Delivery to and from other SA Areas – Please Contact Us with Suburb and postcode for Quotation.
We do not deliver to TAS, WA and NT at this time, sorry.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a time for delivery, so you will need to ensure that someone is available at the address provided all day. If you need to change your delivery address due to this, please contact us immediately.
All hire products are delivered in cartons with carton dimensions being 50 x 30 x 30 cm. Each box will weigh up to approximately
15kg.
After your event, you need to neatly repack the hire products within the boxes they were sent to you in. All stock must be dry and free of food waste. Please ensure that all bows are undone and placed in bags. If stains cannot be removed or there are burns or other obvious damage, the charges will be replacement costs of the stock hired. Warning: candle wax is often difficult to remove and does stain. Please take proper precautions. No refund on unused stock.
Please remove old address labels and attach with sticky-tape the new address labels we provide to you – at least one address label needs to be clearly displayed on each carton.
Please adequately secure all cartons using sticky tape or packing tape.
We will organise all aspects of delivery, however we may pass your contact details on to TNT Couriers in order for them to contact you with any delivery enquiries. Please note that if you are delivering items to your event venue, we will require the name and phone number of a contact person from that venue. You must inform the venue that you are having the chair covers delivered and the expected date of arrival.
We DO NOT pay for a second delivery from your TNT Depot if you are not home for the first delivery. YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THERE IS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGES ON THE DATES NOTIFIED OF EXPECTED DELIVERY. There is a remote chance that circumstances including natural disaster, road accidents etc could delay delivery, and therefore delivery dates provided are expected dates, NOT guaranteed. If our business is charged for additional deliveries to you, we will pass these costs directly on to the hirer, plus a $25 management fee for each additional delivery.
